Confirmation

Submission of the registration form does not guarantee attendance. We reserve the right to confirm, decline, or cancel registrations at our discretion.

Fees & Payments

Where participation fees apply, details will be communicated separately. Payment terms and refund policies will be specified at the time of fee announcement.

Photography & Recording

Programme Changes

The organisers reserve the right to alter the Summit programme, including speakers, sessions, timing, and venue, at any time due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
